About the origin
Coatepec is a city located at 1,250 meters above sea level, within the "Bosque de Niebla", which has as its main characteristics to have a moist and temperate climate, with average temperatures of between 17°C and 20°C.
This climate is ideal for the production of coffee, since it delays the growth of the plants and generates more complex notes. In addition to this, the farms where our coffee is cultivated are surrounded by lemon, orange and bee farms, which allows for cross-pollination between the crops, resulting in a unique flavor.
Sensory information
The notes that can be appreciated in this blend of Tipicas and Bourbons beans are predominantly chocolate, with a touch of berries such as blackberries and blueberries, as well as a slight touch of honey, with a fairly creamy texture.
